Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel

Full payment must be paid no later than 7 days before the date of booking (or directly at the time of booking if the reservation is for a charter within a week).

Cancellation or rebooking is free of charge more than 7 days before the booking. Contact Mentor Boat Charter directly.

4-7 days before booking, 70% refund applies.

1-3 days before booking, 50%, refund.

Same Day Cancellation - No Refunds.

A tour includes preparation and opportunity costs that must be covered and you may therefore have to charge the above costs in case of cancellation 7 days or less before booking.
