Once you have paid for an experience, the order confirmation will always be sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive an email, you should first check whether our message has ended up in your spam folder or campaign folder. If it is not there, you can contact us directly for help.

VAT
All prices on Mentor Boat are quoted in SEK and exclude 6% VAT unless otherwise stated. The exception is experiences that, due to their content and nature, are exempt from VAT according to the rules of the VAT Act.
Price and printing errors
We reserve the right to price and print errors on our website, social media, newsletters and other mailings by email, and reserve the right to cancel the order in case of material and/or clear errors.
If you choose to cancel
For more than 7 days to the experience, you can rebook by contacting us directly.
With less than 2 days to the experience, the experience cannot be booked. Please note that experiences often involve preparation that incur costs that must be covered, and therefore you cannot get your money back for the experience.
On the day: If something unforeseen occurs shortly before or on the day of the experience (such as illness), please contact the experience manager so that they know that you will not be attending. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.
Safety and good conditions are a top priority. Therefore, the weather can sometimes make it impossible to carry out the experience. Should this occur the experience manager will contact you to find a new date jointly.
If the experience manager chooses to set
Our experience managers will of course do everything they can to ensure that you can experience your experience. However, unforeseen events can occur, such as illness, weather and the like, where there is no choice but to cancel. If this happens, you will be contacted by the responsible person by phone/SMS and then by e-mail.
If the experience manager chooses to cancel due to too few notifications, errors in planning or the like, the cancellation must take place no later than 5 days before the start of the experience. Regardless of when the cancellation occurs, there should be alternative booking dates available and if this is not the case, you are entitled to have the money for your experience refunded.

Through our software provider Holdbar, we use SSL, and this means that your credit card information is processed encrypted.
If you pay by credit card, you are protected from misuse, as you can refuse a payment through your bank. In addition, you have no deductible if the credit card is misused in an online store that uses SSL. Mentor Boat Charter has liability insurance with Svedea for all passengers on board.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time of the experience. Upon arrival to the experience, you should be able to document your booking via your ticket or booking confirmation.

When purchasing an experience on Mentor Boat Charter, we need the following information:

We register your personal data in order to deliver the goods to you. We ask for your phone number in order to be able to provide you with good service if something unforeseen happens upon delivery of your order confirmation, upon delivery of gift box or on the day of your experience.
The personal data is registered with Mentor Boat Charter and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted. If you have used your experience in the meantime, we will delete most of your data 30 days after the completion of the experience or redemption of your experience certificate from the experience controller. We must continue to store names and addresses for five years according to the Accounting Act. When personal data is collected through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent, so that you are informed about what data is being collected and why.
We do not store and transmit customer data encrypted. Information provided to Mentor Boat Charter is not passed on or sold, and we do not record any sensitive personal data. As a registered customer of Mentor Boat Charter, you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to gain insight into what data is registered about you.
